Sound & Silence Session
Group Sound & Silence Sessions are shared in person in Primrose Hill London.
An intimate and nourishing space to come together, to relax, to rest and be bathed in the soothing sounds of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and rest in harmony with the stillness within.
We begin with a gentle meditation to support the body to arrive and settle from here you are bathed in the pure sounds of the alchemy crystal bowls.
The sound waves induce a deep state of relaxation, as you receive, you are supported to deeply rest, to come out of the stories of the mind and let go.
After being bathed in the sound washing through the body and mind there is space to rest in peace, the alive presence which is felt.
We then come to a seated position and rest in stillness together.
The result of the session is feeling grounded, calm, calm, clarity and peace.

Sessions are at 7pm on Wednesday evenings and 12pm and 4pm on Sunday’s booking below.

Carly has dedicated the past thirteen years to studies in awakening and healing. In 2011 working as Co-Director at the London College of Spirituality, she was introduced to Sound Healing with the Alchemy Bowls which opened up a new path in her own awakening and service. In partnership with Sound Universe they started the first sound temple in London, providing training to support empowerment for people to share sound healing with the alchemy crystal bowls in their homes, with their families and communities.
In 2019 Carly had a strong call to deepen in her own inner studies, she moved to Portugal to live with her teacher at their home and ashram which is dedicated to self realisation. It is now her joy to combine her own studies of consciousness and sound and provide a space where you can deeply rest and be in harmony with the stillness within.
Carly loves to connect and to see the possibilities that are available to us, guided by the intelligence, wisdom, love and respect of our inner nature.
